Who is responsible
The Creative Track is sponsored by Lifebeyond Class and Tarvos Technology Limited. Tarvos Technology Limited is the controller responsible for your application data. What we collect
We collect your name, email, compulsory WhatsApp number, state and LGA, experience level, story idea, eligibility acknowledgement and application consent. This information is used to review your application and contact you about this Creative Track. Do not include sensitive personal information in your story idea.
Your choice and the purpose
Submitting this form is consent to application review and programme contact only. Any additional training enrolment or general marketing requires separate consent. You can withdraw consent by emailing us. Withdrawal does not undo earlier processing; withdrawing necessary application information may prevent us from continuing your application.
Who can access information
Authorised programme administrators can review applications. Sites and Cloudflare provide hosting and database infrastructure; ChatGPT sign-in or an email code verifies administrator identity. Resend processes recipient email addresses and message content to deliver sign-in codes and application confirmations. Service infrastructure may process data outside Nigeria. Contact us for information about relevant processing arrangements. Applicant data is not publicly displayed or sent to advertising platforms.
Storage, security and retention
Applications are stored securely in the programme database. Access to the administration page is restricted to approved administrator emails. Security controls use temporary IP-derived rate-limit identifiers to limit repeated submissions.
Application records are retained for six months after the training ends on 21 November 2026, or after submission if later, then deleted. If an admitted learner needs a separate training record, its purpose and retention will be communicated before that record is created. Cleanup runs during website activity; an inactive site resumes cleanup on its next request. Provider backups follow provider retention arrangements.
Analytics and cookies
This page does not install Meta Pixel, Conversions API or optional analytics trackers. Hosting providers may process necessary operational logs. Administrator sign-in uses the hosting platform’s authentication or an essential secure session cookie that expires after eight hours. Login codes expire after ten minutes and are stored as keyed hashes; expired login records are removed during cleanup. No application data is stored in browser local storage.
Your rights
Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal, objection, restriction or portability where applicable. We may verify your identity before acting. Do not send login codes or passwords. You may also contact the Nigeria Data Protection Commission about a privacy concern.
